Weight loss Progress
This is where all my measurements will be registered. The target is weekly check in’s at the worst, hopefully i will be adding weight measurements on a much more regular basis with full body measurements on a less regular basis, maybe every month or perhaps 2 weekly to start with.
How to Measure Weight Loss
Obviously weight is the no.1 measurement which will be reported probably twice a week.
Actual body measurements will likely be reported on either every 2 weeks or Monthly depending on changes.
Exercise will be reported daily as I do it
Fitness levels will be reported on a weekly basis on a test that is not yet decided. I expect it will be a measured distance on a treadmill.

A New Measurement
While messing around on the Wii Fit this morning i thought i would check in on that as well, just for fun i thought i would occassionaly record my “wii fit age”

30 years
the last time i done it i was 64
so i expect a reversal soon
Initial measurements
As it is almost the end of September I thought now is as good a time as any to post my measurements along with my inital weight data so here it is – I will post pictures to go with this as soon as i get them of my camera
Weight: 23 stone 2lbs
Height: 5 feet 10 inches
Neck: 19 1/2 inches
Chest: 53 inches
Belly: 58 Inches
Waist: 54 Inches
Thigh: 29 inches
These figures are horrifying to me, particularly the Thigh – at 29 inches is the same as my waist was at one time
